Waffle House Capers

wafflehouse

I was driving by a wafflehouse the other day, just looking at it, and I saw this gigantic SUV jump the curb and crash through the side of it. It was amazing. Then I watched the news that night, and they said that the employees only stopped serving for about 30 minutes, just long enough to get the bricks and glass out of the way and a plastic bag taped over the hole in the wall.

That is dedication.

i can so see that happening.

the only time a waffle house seems to shut down is when they have no power. even then, they'll often serve grilled stuff until the food stops being fresh. but i was so upset when i couldn't get waffle house for three days after a bad rainstorm!

It is not dedication to Waffle House. I work as a waitress. we make 2.13 an hr and survive on tips,(remember that when you eat there, please tip good service)The longer you are not turning tables, the more money you lose. I promise you if they got 7.25 hr or better, they would have taken their time fixing that hole.
